BOOK LAUNCH : TOMMY TREACY
Tipperary Supporters Club member Tommy Treacy cordially invites all Tipperary Supporters Club members, along with their friends, to the launch by Con Hogan of his new book “The Hay was Saved but.. the Life and Times of a Tipperary Hurling Supporter 1974 – 1986".
The launch takes place in The Porter House, Bank Place, Tipperary Town, on Friday 26 April at 7pm.
In the book Tommy recounts the great stories and hurlers of the “famine” years in Tipperary Senior Hurling from 1974 to 1986, which contained some great games and players but no Munster or All Ireland Championship title.
Tommy has kindly offered to make a financial donation to the Tipperary Supporters Club from every book sold. So on the weekend of Tipperary’s opening match in the 2024 Munster Senior Hurling Championship, this promises to be a great night of memories and anticipation with many hurling greats invited.
Make it a date in your diary, bí ann.
